Welcome! I'm Donielle, CEO & Founder of The Credit Experience located in Milwaukee, WI. I am so excited you're here and happy to be part of your credit journey!

I always knew I wanted to be of service to others, but couldn't quite put my finger on what it is I wanted to do. Family and friends always came to me for advice on a variety of topics but what stood out most was credit. Back then around 2007 I didn't know anything about credit or how powerful it was. All I knew is I was living paycheck to paycheck, struggling and sometimes robbing Peter to pay Paul. Eventually I started spiraling out of control and went into a deep depression. At the time I didn't have a name for what I was going through. Fast-forward to today, I now know I was suffering from financial anxiety.

Financial anxiety is a fear of things related to money. I was anxious all of the time, had a lack of assets, insufficient income, bad money management and poor credit. I knew I could not live like this forever and wanted better for myself and my family. So I decided to do something about it.

I am very passionate about what I do and knew with my determination I could make a difference in the world. I begin to soak up all things related to credit, budgeting and saving and it was on from there. I slowly started to get myself together and can honestly say starting this business was a main focal point in me overcoming my fears. Who knew little ole me from Memphis, TN would be changing the world one person at a time.

I am not only here to repair your credit, but I want to educate and help you maintain all that you will accomplish in our program. It's time for you to repair, rebuild and restore so that you can finally live the life you deserve.
